Vacation in style at the "Turuqoise House West!"  This 5 Bedroom, 3 Bath Home was recently remodeled and is the perfect getaway for 2 families traveling together or bringing the Grandparents along on your Vacation to Scottsdale, Arizona.  The 2 Master suites are situated on opposite sides of the house, with an open Kitchen, spacious living room, and 3 bedrooms in the center of the home. The Backyard has an expansive patio, swimming pool, 2 beautiful putting greens and plenty of shade provided by a Turquoise Pergola and umbrellas. A Weber Propane BBQ is provided as well Lounge Chairs, outside dining area, and a Cornhole Game.   

Inside the home you will find 2 sets of washers and dryers, private garage, 4K TV's in each bedroom (2x65", 3x55"), and a 75" 4K TV in the spacious living room. The kitchen is outfitted with Henkel Knives, a Keurig coffee maker, a 12 cup Cuisinart coffee maker, rice maker, ninja blender, kettle, instapot, and everything you need to cook a large meal for a large family or 2!  

The Turquoise House West is located 3 miles from Kierland Commons and the Scottsdale Quarter, shopping, restaurants, Spring Training, Barrett Jackson, PGA Golf, Mayo Clinic and so much More!
